Before making any purchases from Tri-Star Koi LLC, customers are required to adhere to our Terms of Service. When buying Live Koi from us, all fish undergo thorough health inspections to check for any issues or defects. Please note that as live animals, circumstances can change between listing and shipping. The decision to ship a Koi is subject to the discretion of Tri-Star Koi LLC based on its health assessment.
In rare cases where a fish is deemed unfit for shipping due to health concerns, the Buyer will be offered a Full Refund as the first option. Additionally, the Buyer may choose to replace the Koi with another of similar or greater value. It is essential to understand the risks involved in shipping live animals before making a purchase.
For orders under $499, shipping will be done via UPS Next Day Air, while orders over $499 have the option of Southwest Cargo or Delta Cargo. We will coordinate the shipping date with you to ensure a convenient delivery for both parties.
Upon Koi delivery, we guarantee the health of the fish for up to two hours after drop-off. In case of any issues, photographic and video evidence must be provided to validate the claim. Please familiarize yourself with this policy before buying any Live Koi from us.
We offer combined shipping for Koi orders, subject to our discretion on the number of fish per box.
